I discovered that if I air dry my hair until it is mostly dry and put it in a pony tail (with a very soft scrunchy of course) then let it finish drying, my hair has a pretty flip on the ends. I used to get this look by flat ironing the ends, I'm so glad I've found a more gentle and easy way to do it.

Well I have to say I was very impressed with my do's staying power today, rugged up & turned out 15 horses, mucked out 15 boxes, did all the yard work in wind, rain & hail & it held perfectly! Most of my hair is twisted into a plain ol regular bun, but there’s a french fishtail coming from the left and then wrapped around. All secured with my phoenix hair stick and there are tiny colored hair clips for some fly aways.

It's INCREDIBLY easy. If you are better with written directions I'd be glad to type them out for you, but I essentially did what TorrinPaige does in this tutorial: http://youtu.be/EcTLnOvOEyw. The only difference was I opted not to use the ribbon (which looks beautiful, but I have none) and I only secured it with hair pins/ bobbypis. :D

Currently in a regular old English braid, until I give the boys a bath [keeps it out of the way].. then, I'll take it down to let it dry some, and put it in a ponytail with my upzing! Then, I'll probably do some sort of braid on the length. Maybe. :)
