So I took it down right before lunch and re-braided Dianyla style to make a better pocket for the tassel.

Today is one of my slippery hair days. Started out loose and blowing in the wind. :) Then tried to wear a cinnamon bun, re-did it about 3 or 4 times because it kept falling down. Put it into a logroll finally with a Ficcare. Eventually the Ficcare felt uncomfortable so I took it down and put it in a cinnamon bun with a very big fork. Right now I'm wearing a logroll with a leather slide. This is pretty normal for my hair. I'm just glad I have many options.

My hair has gotten so slippery since I started CO that it almost completely slipped out of the braid last night! (I french braid it starting at the front of my head, and it usually holds very well, but lately ...)

So, it was all straight and flat and weird this morning, and I didn't have time to mess with it, so I made a messy bun. Surprise! I LOVED the way the straight ends stood out around the bun in little fan shapes!

I'm in a mock rose bun...haven't read formal instructions. Mine is
1) pony tail
2) divide into 2 rope braids
3) swirl each into a bun, one kind of on top of the other
4) held with a fork

I think it's nice! DH just looks at the curls hanging out and says he likes those the best.

Today, however, is an exception so I thought I would make a post! Haha.


Today it's in a low ponytail with a flower clip hiding the rubber band. And for the rest of it, I put three rubber bands in, each several inches apart. This is a "new" hairstyle for me and I like it because it takes two seconds to do and it's convenient and interesting looking.

I've been putting my hair up and down all day, but right now I've settled for something I saw another user do (Hypnotica in this thread (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=2220)) making a typical bun and then flipping it up, secured with a couple cute pins with melted glass marbles on them.
