The best way to examine hair's natural color is to take a picture outside in natural light, or indoors in natural light. Otherwise its a bit hard to tell because of indoor lighting.

Looks blonette to me, but it's hard to tell from roots. My roots looked gray against black dye, and just a couple shades lighter, but my hair is a warm medium brown
(also tbh I fancy myself that it's light auburn/chestnut, and have recently been told by the first person ever minus mom and bf that they think my hair is chestnut! ) So if you think about something long enough it may become true
To me, it looks like a medium golden blonde.
Yep, blonette, a little on the lighter side.
I think this is what we (my culture) would call "dirty blonde". My sister has that color of hair.
I call that blond, but some people only consider hair to be blond if it's super-bright. Tends to depend on person and culture. "Tawny" is a popular term on here, for all the people who are in that in-between color zone. If nothing else, it's far less negative-sounding than "dirty" or "dishwater".

Long hair hiatus: short hair for now, buzzcut!
Ash/Neutral blonde, I'd say.
