    Default Herbal shampoo and migraines

Hi, I want to apologise first if I've put this in the wrong area.
I've started using the innate life products for around 3weeks, my hair feels great but I've started to get migraines again which had settled for some Time.
I noticed the first night I put on my scalp treatment I got really bad vertigo but being me I thought it was just one of those thing's.
Now I'm getting concerned it could be the herbal products as I'm not so keen on the smell!
Has anyone else experienced something similar.

If no similar experiences, immediately stop using it, go back to what previously worked and see if your complaints improve.

More "natural" isn't necessarily better for you. All those "synthetics" and "chemicals" have been extensively researched; with good reason.

I'm so sorry to hear that!

There are herbs and essential oils that can give me an instant headache. I avoid them. Just because they're natural doesn't mean they're safe for everyone, as Lapushka said. You may be sensitive to something in it.

    Thank you both.
I'll go back to my loreal or carina organics I was absolutely fine with them. The smell of the innate life is very strong, it's a shame but I'm not wanting to feel like this all the time again.

Use them for foot baths! It's not a waste / bust totally, and it can get used! And you'll have some great foot soaks, reasons for doing them. Things that I can't tolerate next to my sniffer, go way down there.

You're welcome! I can't stand throwing stuff out for myself, and so everything I can't use on the head or body, gets "demoted" to my feet. Get this. I last used 3/4ths worth of a tube of old anti-wrinkle cream from my mom... on my feet. It was a cream like any other, and trust me feet do not discriminate. Cream is cream.

And bubbles that aren't good up top, I just demote the same way.

Makes your feet feel like a million bucks, and mine need it.

I'm going to remember that if I ever go to throw face cream out again I'll keep it for my feet!
