Hi and welcome!
I use old T-shirts for drying my hair - soft and readily accessible.
Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here
I always had longer hair growing up but went through an experimental phase with hair dye and ended up chopping a big chunk of it off. Then three years ago, I decided to simply shave it all off so that I could start growing out a head full of my natural hair color Plus I was curious to know what I looked like with no hair!
Since then, my hair has grown a lot! It's hitting a little bit below my shoulder blades now However, that 7 year old girl in me who watched Lord of the Rings for the first time is still in love with having hair as long as Galadriel's! So I'm here to find guidance on my hair growth journey.
I'm currently looking into different kinds of hair towels. I am guilty of scrubbing my hair with a normal shower towel Do any of you have any recommendations? My hair type is 2a if that informs your recommendations at all!
Thank you!

Welcome, plain old air works best for me.

Welcome!
Welcome! I use some kind of really light microfibre towel (don't know the brand, had them a long time), but sometimes I use regular towels. The trick is just to dab and be gentle. After that, I let my hair air-dry.

Welcome here! I just wrap my hair in old T- shirt fabric for about an hour, then lightly use the hair dryer on my hair. (on cool or warm setting, never hot, and I stop while it is still slightly damp to the feel.)

I use a microfiber hair towel. The only problem is that my hair is getting a tiny bit too long for it and I'm having trouble finding a larger one.
Welcome! I use a microfiber beach towel (it's large). But no rubbing with any type of towel!
