It's a pretty stick!
Forks and sticks from TimberDimensions have occasionally cropped up in my Etsy searches but they were never the right size/shape for me. Then I saw his figured tasmanian blackwood sticks and fell in love, and asked about the possibility of shortening one. He had a new lot of blackwood and made some shorter sticks (6" instead of 8") and mine arrived today - I love it and I think I finally have an accurate name for my hair colour

Anyway! I thought I'd start a thread because I didn't find anything in the search *and* some of our much longer-haired members might not have been aware of his 8-inch long hairstick offerings He has several different types of figured wood that he uses, all very beautiful!
Length goal well and truly met, now just seeing how it grows ...
Picky scalp but easygoing hair, thank goodness

Its gorgeous on you and complements your hiar color as well. I went to the page and uh oh, that lacewood fork....
Thank you all I was initially sightly disappointed I wasn't going to get one of the original Tasmanian blackwood ones because their grains were simply stunning, but I'm really pleased it turned out to be equally beautiful
milosmomma didn't see your reply initially - but yep, I had that kind of feeling too when I first looked in his shop!

I think my next stop here is the toy addicts thread, I may have a problem
Great stick and it looks wonderful in your hair, MusicalSpoons! I took a look at his shop and he's got some great pieces. I especially liked the Tasmanian Blackwood.
