I've been lurking around here for a while (about a year-ish on and off), but finally decided to join up so I could better poke my nose into the various haircare products and hair toys and such. Been growing out my hair for about 3 years now, mostly because I didn't want to bother trying to find a hairdresser while on campus; started out at about shoulder length, and now it's reaching down to mid-back. Other than that, my hair's generally pretty fine (but also pretty oily/greasy, unfortunately) and a middling sort of brown that gets bronzy highlights in the sun.

Gotta admit, I'm looking forward to learning more about how to properly care for my hair! Everyone always comments on how healthy my hair looks, but I still want to do better by it.
