    Default Not new, but hi!

Hello again, I guess! I’ve been lurking for a while so I thought...why not just go back to posting?

I’ve loved this community for many years now, it is thanks to the wonderful people here and the knowledge they share that I could grow from a lob to my goal lenght of classic (and beyond! )

I enjoyed the process and certainly enjoyed reaching my goal, but I was ready for the next adventure...so, about a year ago, I went for a big chop. The shortest my hair has ever been, kind of like an Amelie-style bob. I loved it! I really needed the change, and even though I think I would love to have long hair again in the future, I want to try other things first.

Here’s the thing though...My virgin short hair was so easy to care for, I pretty much ditched all my ‘good’ hair habits. I wasn’t torturing it, but I didn’t feel the need to be extra careful with it. And then, a few months back, I went for the next ‘hair adventure’...bleaching my hair for the first time. I love the blond but, of course, it took me less than a week to realize my lazy hair routine wouldn’t do, so there I was again, lurking the LHC!

I guess I’ll stop rambling now, just wanted to say hi! This time around my goal isn’t about lenght, just the quality side of it and, of course, getting to interact with the lovely people here

Welcome back. I wonder if you snapped pictures of your classic length, such an achievement!

Happy "new" journey & happy growing.

I agree! There's pros and cons to every lenght, and I'm having fun experimenting with something completely different now!

The only proper lenght check picture I could find is a few months short of classic I think

It's longer in the next pictures, although they are not very illustrative of it:
