Default Garnier Fructis Treats / Hair Food

Hey all. I saw these new hair masks at the grocery store and wondered if anyone had tried them. They natural (Vegan) and cone free, which is rare in store bought deep treatments! I didn't end up buying any, but I'm seriously considering it. My hair can't stand cones, so I usually use SMTs, but it'd be nice to have a store bought treatment every once in a while - if I like them. So, have you tried them and what do you think?

I have one natural on my feed who didn't like it (no slip, no moisture), I think she tried the orange one (damage). But she has really tightly coiled hair (4c), so it might be better suited toward looser textures; keep me posted.

So far we don't have them here in Belgium.

Interesting. I might end up picking one up sometime in the near future. Not sure which one though. They're pretty new in Canada, I don't know how long they've been in the USA. Do you have Garnier brand things in Belgium?

Oh yes, we have Garnier Fructis. And we have Garnier "Ultra Doux" aka "Whole Blends". Different name but same line.

I like the avocado one a lot! I got it on sale for $1.99. I believe it made my hair softer and easier to detangle. I have used it perhaps 4 times. I think I can consider my hair "smoother" as in not really frizzy. I'd have to try it a couple more times to see how it combats frizz since since the weather has been a little crazy here (humid one day, below freezing the next day...).

Cool. Did you use it as a conditioner or leave in?

I haven't tried it, but the papaya one smells yummy! I might try some, but waiting for more reviews.

I haven't seen these yet, I'll have to go on a hunt and see if one of my local stores has them. Garnier Fruictis and my hair get along quite well right now.

My hair likes Garnier, but I haven't seen these in the local shops. I will look again on our town day next week. I bet they are lovely!

I picked up the Banana Strengthening Mask today at Wal-Mart. Excited to try it out! Not sure what I'll try first: as a conditioner or a leave-in...
