Sorry if this is a duplicate thread but if one already exists, I couldn't find it!
I'm curious about where around the world all these lovely long-hair aficionados are scattered.

I'm wanting to know about the region you dwell in as you access this forum, not necessarily your country of origin or your ethnicity - and of course I'd never want to press people to be more specific than they're comfortable with.

It's really beautiful here. We are a half hour drive from where Lord of the Rings was filmed, the Hobbit village, Hobbiton.

I'm both from and currently living a few hours south of Brisbane, Australia. My ethnicity/heritage is Aussie (dad) and Germany (mum).

I live in Canada, and I love it here.

I live in basically a hot pocket of Canada. Lately it hardly ever snows here and our winters are quite warm, but there's mountains of snow available only an hour drive away!
