Does anyone have any recommendations for heatless curlers that are comfortable to sleep in? I've had the flexi-rods in the past but they are the actual worst to sleep in (but they create awesome curls). I'm looking into trying the soft rollers just because they seem like they'd be easier to sleep with. Has anyone tried them? Or does anyone have a different product/method that works well for heatless overnight curls?
I'm also worried about the soft rollers causing damage. I'm just curious to see if anyone here has had any experience with any of these.
Here are examples of the soft rollers i'm referring to:

And here are the flexi-rods I had before that I like but I can't sleep with them in:

The most comfortable overnight curls I've done (I've only done a couple, though) were rag curls. I think there's also headband curls or something that doesn't seem like it'd be uncomfortable either. Pin curls, too, maybe?
Maintaining at Hip-BCL for now.

What about braid waves?
Or barring that, rag curls.
