Im pretty sure we have all heard of mane n tail shampoo and conditioner. Its marketed for both humans and horses.
I have used in the past along time ago and really liked it. After a while it made my hair feel dry, possibly too much protein.
There are a number of other horse products, I hear of women using. Equiss mega tek, mtg and a few others
Have or would you use horse products on your own hair?

I haven't, but I go by price and ingredients and I do actually check out the pet shampoo/conditioner if I see them (say, at Aldi). If something is the right price and fits my ingredient requirements, I don't care what species is the target market
Length goal well and truly met, now just seeing how it grows ...
Picky scalp but easygoing hair, thank goodness
I haven't used it on my real hair, but I have the Mane N Tail detangling spray and have used it on costume wigs before... Now I'm wondering how well it would work on my real hair.
Yes I have used them. I can't tell any difference from other shampoos. Although at the moment I am using shampoos that are supposed to help my thinning hair. My daughter says they make her hair like straw.?? When my hair gets to feeling like straw I make a honey egg mixture and put my pony tail in it for a good soak.

I liked the Mane N Tail leave-in when I used it as a teen, but that was an awfully long time ago. All the reviews I've read lately say it has an overpowering smell. I don't have any sense of smell, myself, so I'll just have to take their word for it.
I do have a real live pony (we are fostering him). He came with some shine spray, which I haven't used on him, but I've definitely considered testing it on myself!
I have. I used cowboy magic rosewater conditioner, which is for both horse and human hair, and it's one of the best products ever.

I had one product, I believe, in my teens, but... gosh, don't ask me what that was, because I wouldn't know.
Mane n tail is alright. The conditioner is pretty good if you have bleached hair.
All these moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain.
I've used the Mane 'n Tail conditioner but wasn't really fond of it. Most conditioners are too thick for my hair anyways.
