Default Your opinion on hair types

    1. Which hair type do you think is easiest to care for?
    2. Which hair type do you think is hardest or most challenging to care for?
    3. What sort of challenges do you face with your hair type?
    4. Which is your favorite hair type?

By hair type, I mean 1a, 2b etc. (Just clarifying because perhaps I'm not using the term correctly )

Why this question? A colleague recently commented that I'm very lucky that my hair is so easy to care for! She has no idea about how hard I work to care for it and the challenges I have faced!

    1. Which hair type do you think is easiest to care for?
For me it's straight. When my hair acts like 1c, life is easy...lol..

    2. Which hair type do you think is hardest or most challenging to care for?
Dry and frizzy. It's difficult to keep it moisturized and frizz free. But if you mean straight, wavy, or curly- I have no idea as I can only comment on wavy, and my waves aren't difficult to care for, but they're difficult to maintain.. if that makes sense.

    3. What sort of challenges do you face with your hair type?
Keeping it frizz free! (see a pattern yet? Lol..) I'm getting better at it though.

    4. Which is your favorite hair type?
Coarse 1a hair. My mom has it, the kind of hair that won't curl even with a perm. I absolutely love her hair. Even as she gets older it's still thick and looks great. I love my loose waves when they behave as well.

    1. Which hair type do you think is easiest to care for?
    My hair type (1a/F).

    2. Which hair type do you think is hardest or most challenging to care for?
Fine hair in the 3c to 4b range.

    3. What sort of challenges do you face with your hair type?
It's not resilient at all and can tangle/snap if you so much as look at it. Very comparable to fine lace TBH.

    4. Which is your favorite hair type?
    2b/M.

3a/b - I used to love my permed hair, a breeze to deal with compared to my unpredictable texture!

    2. Which hair type do you think is hardest or most challenging to care for?
Mine. 2b/c; a little wavy and not quite curly - OMG, hell!

    3. What sort of challenges do you face with your hair type?
The fact that it is so different depending on what stylers you smoosh through it.

    4. Which is your favorite hair type?
    3a/b

    1. Which hair type do you think is easiest to care for?
1a hair if it's fine and silky - I had coarse 1a hair when I was younger and it was easier to care for than my current hair type but not by a large margin.

    2. Which hair type do you think is hardest or most challenging to care for?
Hair in the 3 and 4 ranges - Mum has 3a/3b hair and hates it, I imagine tighter curl patterns are ever harder to deal with.

    3. What sort of challenges do you face with your hair type?
The frizz, keeping my ends moisurised, and making my waves defined.

    4. Which is your favorite hair type?
2b/2c or 2c hair - I wouldn't want curls but a bit more wave would be nice.

Which hair type do you think is easiest to care for?
I think its 3c. Because its curly you don't need to brush it or wash it that often and its coarse so it looks healty.
    2. Which hair type do you think is hardest or most challenging to care for? Any fine dry hair prone to breakage.
    3. What sort of challenges do you face with your hair type?
My hair looks really thin. Its really 2a hair type but its really really fine so it doesn't take texture and just flies everywhere and it looks like a curtain. It's really hard to style it without using heat and my baby hairs always show up on my updo's. My hair always looks messy and frizzy even if i try everything to make it work.
    4. Which is your favorite hair type?
Not sure , I like thick hair, but the texture doesn't really bother me.

    4. Which is your favorite hair type?

    1. Which hair type do you think is easiest to care for?
    1a.

    2. Which hair type do you think is hardest or most challenging to care for?
The 4s, even more when fine

    3. What sort of challenges do you face with your hair type?
My 2a/b hair looks beautifull when fresh washed, but the texture is very fragile and as soon as I bun it, the waves fade in a senseless mess.

    4. Which is your favorite hair type?
I don't have only one in mind, but I like strong choiches. 1a or 1b, or 3b/c.

    1. Which hair type do you think is easiest to care for?

Probably the 1 a-c. It is the easiest, but sometimes annoying

    2. Which hair type do you think is hardest or most challenging to care for?

I have no direct experience with other hair types other than my own 1c, so I can only speculate.
I think that 4s can be done easy if they are kept super short or in box braids most of the time.
I know people with 3s than only wash and go and have gorgeous curls without a 25-step curly-girl-method routine.
But I have had several friends with 2s (medium to coarse) and my sister is a 2a/2b with fine hair and those are people who complained about hair care the most and their hair rarely looked its "best".

    3. What sort of challenges do you face with your hair type?

I am happy with it. Since I have baby-fine hair, I would prefer it to be at least a 2 or 3, so it would have some volume, but I cannot change that so why bother thinking about it.

    4. Which is your favorite hair type?

Probably a 2c - tight, defined "beach" waves.
