My sparklies keep growing.
I've noticed my gray (well, white) hairs are way shorter throughout my hair. There's none that I encountered that are as long as the rest of my hair. I wonder why. Do they have a shorter terminal, could that possibly be it.
What's your experience?
My sparklies keep growing.
Could be that they have a shorter terminal, or could be that you only started getting silver hair recently, so they are all younger hairs, and so not as long. The silver hairs I got when I was at school are as long as the rest of my hairs, but they were caused by a scalp infection so I don't know if they act exactly the same as "normal" silver hairs.

I've got gray hair sprinkled throughout. Got the first in my early twenties, and it's been sprinkling its merry way tighter and tighter into my hair. I haven't got much, though. But they are there, definitely. This is 2 decades worth of graying. I'd say I have 2% gray in my hair. So they're not new, but that could've been it!
Oh, I hope not!
Some of my longest hairs are silver.
From Hip to Ankle and now back to Hip again.
I found my first gray hair 20 years ago. Granted I am going silver VERY slowly, but I have only noticed one so far that is at my current longest length - 41 inches.
I too have white hairs as long as my longest dark hairs
Grew from shoulder to thumb length in 7 years without trims. Now maintaining.
There once was a girl, who had a little curl, right in the middle of her forehead. When she was good she was very, very good. But when she was bad she was horrid.
