My browser runs both NoScript and uBlock Origin extentions - ad free. ABP is a resource hog.

Are they ad blockers? What do you mean by "extensions"? Should I uninstall ABP? (Not that I know how to - sorry, I am not good at computer stuff...)

Extensions are additional features or addons you add to your browser. Since you're using Chrome, here are the extentions available at the chrome web store

    uBlock Origin
    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...jbkeiagm?hl=en

    NoScript
    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...feoakpjm?hl=en

NoScript is a bit of a PITA since it will almost always break a site until you tell it what you want and what you don't. But once you've set it up for your favorite sites, you'll have complete control over the content you see.

I use both at once and I don't see anything I don't choose to see. And don't miss anything.

Truth be told. I used to run "No Script" and that can be a but "much" for someone not computer-savvy. AdBlock Plus is very easy, never bothers you and you can run it even if you are new to this!

I installed AdBlock Plus yesterday (or thought I did) and it hasn't blocked any ads anywhere... I don't know why it's not doing anything.

Weird. Wouldn't know what's up with that. Maybe it's Chrome? I'm on Firefox and I never had issues with it.

I have a question...What do you think of water rinsing daily or frequently and using a leave-in conditioner after every water rinse? Am I making any sense?
