Gorgeous, kme81!
Oof, this is a kind of rough quality picture. My real camera finally bit the dust, so this will have to do.
The red ribbon marks the bend of my knee.
The last 6-8 inches have been staying thin. I’ve been maintaining at this length for about a year and I haven’t seen very much of the thickness travel down. The hair is healthy, I think it’s just showing early signs of terminal length.
I’ve been using a dandruff shampoo on my scalp and Suave Daily Clarifying shampoo on the length of my hair for around one year. My problems with clingy, tangled hair are gone. I haven’t noticed any bad effects. So I guess I wash using the shampoo/shampoo method? lol Do we have an acronym for that?
Update: I sort of fixed the photo quality! Still not great, but better!

Made it to terminal length at mid-calf, now I'm maintaining at my favorite length: Classic!
Gorgeous, kme81!
Your hair is beautiful kme81!
I don't think it is thin

Very pretty and super long. That hemline is quite straight. I envy that.
I have several shampoos that I absolutely love because they make my hair feel great without conditioner so I don't see anything wrong with shampoo shampoo method.
I do wonder if oiling the ends where you are starting to see thinning might help thicken it up. I oil about 20 to 30 minutes before I wash. I generally condition and after that shampoo. Because I like to live on the edge.

Should have kept your snaggles off the keyboard and plead the 5th.
So lovely, kme81! What a great hemline you have, too. Shampoo, shampoo, do you use two different kinds, one after another? Do you use conditioner, or not? Please explain the mystery

Straight hemline? What is this ? Beautiful!
That's so interesting that you can make do with just shampoo, and clearly your hair is very happy with it. I am intrigued; do you have soft water?
Length goal well and truly met, now just seeing how it grows ...
Picky scalp but easygoing hair, thank goodness
really pretty
