Oops! Forgot to put up a hello thread!

Hi there! I'm new here, and so glad I found this forum! I'm a hairstylist 10 years+ I specialize in long hair, and blondes

I'm happy to find other people as obsessed with hair as me! I'm learning a lot as it is and can't wait to share my progress with you guys!
Currently I'm at APL, I'm heavily addicted to being blonde with 10 years of platinum/extension/heat damage so I'm currently focusing on getting my hair healthy, and obviously growing it out!
My regular routine is
-100x BBB each night
-Wash & condition 1x a week
-over night coconut oil masks 3x a week

that's all I have so far..
Any tips greatly appreciated!

100 x BBB is a little excessive. I think even the BBB fanatics around here don't do that.

The friction, esp. on bleached and brittle hair can cause breakage.

But it feels so good!!!! Could be all that extension wearing, you can't really brush your scalp, and now that I have them out even washing my hair is like a full massage! haha

Get a Tangle Teezer. You get a nice scalp massage from it and less friction damage on fragile hair. I have a BBB, but hardly use it because my hair is quite fine and the bristles shred it to bits unless it is caked in oils.
