I hit a stall for 3 months, or mechanical damage?, so I started wearing it up near the end of Feb.

Here's where I'm at now, I swear it is longer than the pic I took Mar 4, but it doesn't really show on the camera to me.

Good advice! I recently realize not trimming is the only way I'm ever going to achieve waist length hair.. which is a shame because I have a *lot* to trim away! Thanks for inspiration

I don't remember if I've posted this already or not...

I had to trim off a couple of inches to improve my over-all shape and it helped with my somewhat snarly ends, too. I'm setting myself a goal, though: I'm moving to our new house in the city at the end of this month and I'll be back here in this small town to visit in September - I want waist length locks by then! Then we can all celebrate the visit with some waist cake, the way we did with bra cake!
In a grow and cut cycle...

Hey your more than welcome i haven't trimmed in nearly a year and my ends look pretty good, i think the secret is to oil the ends when you remember and just put it up. I have been wearing the nautilus bun a lot lately which is meant to be really gentle on those ends oh and damp bunning really helps. I think it was about 5 inches from bsl-waist so i got so frustrated but if i can get there so can you all .

Okay I am back with you guys! I had a 1.5 inch trim yesterday which brought me from 30 inches (waist) back to 28.5. Sigh. I needed it.

I have a lot to trim away too :/ and my ends get bad as it is. Its hard not to trim when you're obsessing that the damage will eventually eat all your hair up
