    Default a very excited newbie

hello guys,i hope everything is good,,
i have been dreaming of joining the community here especially when i see the pictures of your gorgeous hair.alot of girls inspired me so much and i felt like i have to join.
my hair was classic length as a kid and teenager but i chopped it off because it was very heavy and really bothered me a-lot (the worst decision i had made).from that time i think till now it hasn't grown except for couple of inches or something"hair has been very angry and sad".
my hair now is mid-back length or about to reach my waist but it is so thin, brittle and dull,it breaks off easily.so i thought seriously about it and i will grow my hair to a long healthy hair as it was.

    love you guys<3

Are you still using heat on it? Retrace your steps and see if you are doing something that leads to this breakage.

That's it. A month of heat-free styling is not going to solve the damage that has already been done, sadly. It only affects the new growth. In fact, it's like growing out from bald. Check your hair for white dots along the strands, as those are signs of heat damage and hair is easy to break at said points.
