These are wonderful XXL claw clips, I got from Etsy recently. These 4 colors look very nice in blonde hair.

They come close to holding ALL of my hair up but only if I leave some hair poking out the top and out the bottom. Still though. They work especially great for half-up hair. I’m so pleased with these. ❤️

    Does anyone else use them?

Oh well that sucks. I thought someone on here might use these because they’re the best claw clips I’ve come across for long and thick hair.

I call this style “The Barbell”

Those do look massive! Good find. Is that your hair?

Yup it is my hair, Lapushka.

Yes, they are big. In fact, they are the biggest clips I’ve come across yet.

Well: amazing hair, first & foremost. Amazing color as well, and the thickness? My goodness, that's gotta be a 5 incher.

Those look like wonderful clips, Ada-banana. I love how they curve. Let us know if you get some and how they work out. Don’t you just love Etsy, for special hair items like that?

Yes I'm addicted to etsy, people making unique handmade object all over the world. It's my birthday soon, I'm thinking of asking a leather backpack, but I still don't know which one to choose.

4.25 inches for me, so a little over 4. Still thick enough for my tastes. My youngest aunt (mom's youngest sister), is 5 inches plus, that is way more hair than I can handle. LOL!

I couldn’t agree more, lapushka. 4.25 inches is wonderfully thick even still.

I’ve had people tell me “you’re so lucky to have such thick hair” and I think to myself, “if only they knew”.

People can often think the grass is greener on the other side but if they actually had thick hair, they’d see that it’s not all roses and candy. For starters, it’s very heavy and takes a long time to dry. Also, hair accessories made to hold up the average person’s hair, won’t even hold up a few strands of mine. Haha!

I once had a hair dresser thin out my hair years ago but then it was full of a lot of layers and I wasn’t keen on it. I also used to flat iron and that “thinned” out my hair too but the heat damage was awful.

Happy early Birthday, Ada-banana! Hope you have a good one.
