Thread: Just a little advice, not much

Post Just a little advice, not much

I am new to this forum and don't know much advanced hair care tips, but I thought I would share one.
Basically, if you braid your hair while you sleep, that will prevent tangles and make your hair wavy when you unbraid it.
I have a feeling this is an obvious fact most people know, but I wanted to share it anyway. Hope I helped someone!

Aw that's so cute. A lot of people do it here.

Welcome, BTW, if I hadn't said so already!

    Welcome to the forum!

Indeed, that's a very popular thing to do. I tried it for a while because it was so popular and I felt like I "should finally get around to it", but honestly, I've been happy sleeping with my hair loose all my life and will continue to do so. Each to their own!

I'm at work today and the nurse practitioner came to get something off my desk and saw your sig picture. She's amazed. She said you have extremely beautiful hair. Just thought you'd like to know!

Welcome! I've been doing this for quite a while now. I toss and turn in my sleep so it definitely cuts down on tangles.

I braid my hair too, I tried buns but I can't have any updo. It gets heavy and pulls my hair down and my head hurts.
