Does anyone use the Inecto Coconut line?
I did for years and love it! It is silicone free.
Recently I went on an experiment, to see if my hair likes silicones.
The answer after a few weeks is: No.
So I wanted to go back to using Inecto Coconut.
Last night I finished the very last drop of the Glossing/oiling spray bottle.
So this afternoon I bought a new one.
Hey....new packaging and new design...okay!
Didn't think anything of it really.
But when I came home and looked closer on the bottle, I noticed:
THE INGREDIENTS HAVE CHANGED TOO!!
Whyyyyyy Inecto, why did you put Silicones (3 kinds...) in an already FABULOUS glossing/oiling spray.
So people using this, beware of the ingredients change that comes with the new design...
Ofcourse I emailed Inecto company about this.
Why, and also if they plan to put silicones in their shampoo and conditioner.
I haven't bought the new design bottle shampoo and conditioner yet.
So I don't know if those are also "renewed" with silicones.
Does anyone know?
I have been on an internetsearch to find the old spray, but it is out of stock forever on all sites.
Couldn't even find it on Ebay.
Sad....

That's a shame, it's so rare to find shine sprays without silicones in (affordable ones, at least) so it's strange they've taken themselves off the market. While I was looking for protein conditioners I found a L'Oréal one without silicones, only to find when I bought it they'd done the same thing
I have Inecto coconut conditioner in the new-style packaging which doesn't contain silicones of course there is the possibility they may reformulate it at some point, but for now it's okay.
Length goal well and truly met, now just seeing how it grows ...
Picky scalp but easygoing hair, thank goodness
Ah that's good to hear at least
I hope they will get a lot of complaints about adding silicones to the spray.
But most people (non hairforum people) don't even bother to look at the ingredients

Yeah, I only bought it because it was cheap. Unless it's truly amazing, I won't be buying it if prices go up significantly (I already have one conditioner that *is* worth its higher price; I don't plan on letting any others join that category )
