Absolutely Fabulous
For me anyway.
I can't move when I do this but with a tension headache I don't feel much like doing anything anyway.
All you need to do this is: 1 large hair clip, a seat and a shelf.
As I am a very silly person of course I would come up with something like this.
Because I had a tension headache from wearing my hair in a bun for 30 minutes or so I was still feeling the weight of my hair even with it down.
So I just clipped my hair to the shelf right by my head. I didn't know if it would work but hey? Why not?
And viola ten minutes later I was feeling better. Yes I have Pictures.
Absolutely Fabulous
This surely is something only a long haired person would even think of doing!
My hair isn't very long yet but sometimes it still starts feeling heavy on my head. Then I usually lean back on something that has the headrest position a bit higher than my neck and pile my hair on top of that "shelf" there for a while. It works for me atleast if I've been wearing an updo where my hairs go to a different direction than they usually do.
Hip ---- BCL -- TBL -- 100 cm of hair!
Growing my virgin roots since the end of 2011. Maintaining at TBL+ in 2015!
Great idea!
That is seriously so awesome ! I've been having some pretty bad headaches lately do to having such heavy hair and my only relief was laying down, so I think I'll have to try this!
Slowly creeping towards knee-length hair...
This made me giggle! It's a good idea though. I can just imagine my boyfriend's expression after telling I'd clipped my hair to a shelf
Goal met and exceeded, now what?
I have curly virgin hair which is currently tailbone length un-stretched.
OMG. That is epic.
AMAZING!!!! I get HORRIBLE tension headaches from updos and just having long hair, so WONDERFUL idea, i wonder if my hair is long enough to do this....lol

Who else but a longhair would ever think of that?
