I just wanted to make an hair growth/care appreciation post.
Hair growth is for when you meet people with whom you have these common goals and you help and support each other through it
Hair growth is for when you look forward to the future always because you know that it only gets better as you get closer to your goal
It's for when you're disabled or have part of you messing up and you can take control of this specific thing (hair care) with your body for once and make it great AKA make your hair grow and work as a team with your body for once
Hair growth is for when you look at the past and look where you are now and just keep getting prouder
Hair growth is for when you sometimes have set backs but get up
It's where you do something with zeal and patience and each milestone passed is a great satisfaction
It's where you don't know for sure how things will be in the future but you know for sure that you'll be closer to your hair growth goal
It's where others might not always understand you but you know you can be proud of yourself because you're working hard on something
It's where other people in this community can be so diverse from you but we celebrate each and every single member
It's where you know you can always count on others to help you through your own journey
How beautiful and uplifting! Thank you so much for sharing this!
YES ~ perfectly written
When my ex best friend messed up my hair I was horrified. Now I'm glad to be in this journey
Lovely!
For me it's also been a lesson in patience and commitment! And knowing that not all things are about instant gratification - the changes are slow and minute but they all add up - now if I could just apply that to my money and health & the household chores - I would be nailing life!
Hair tomorrow, hair yesterday, but never hair today!
I really like this!! Growing my hair out has taught me to be very patient. I feel like I've grown a lot personally too on this journey and I've learned how to take care of myself better too!
Goal: Knee
It's true. And yea, we are taking care of ourselves.
