I just take out the hair right after I brush. So before I put the brush down, it's clean!

My wide tooth comb is never full of hair, since I'm constantly pulling the shed hairs off while using it, and then a quick rinse in the shower and it's clean. As for my BBB, I clean that before each use, as I can't stand to put shed hairs from a previous brushing session back into my hair.

I voted "whenever it gets too full of hair to use" but in reality it's more either when I need to clean it or when I have enough hair to be able to grab it and get it out, ideally both

every time! I don't wash it that often, but I figure the sebum left on the brush will help my ends.

Once a week, as often as I wash my hair so I'm not adding oils back into my hair.

I pretty much exclusively use a wide-tooth comb and only detangle in the shower, so I de-hair every time I comb.

I throw the hair away directly after brushing. And I take my hairbrush in the shower with me once a week to clean it, ever other week with shampoo.

Once a month? Props to you. I just must shed too much, because I could never.

I used to only clear out my brushes every couple of months or so, but nowadays it's after every use. I went through a stage where I was quite worried about how much I was shedding (and the anxiety probably only worsened it), so now I just try and get rid of the evidence as quickly as possible, haha.
