Drats! It is getting really frequent and annoying now.

I know right! I like checking LHC through out the day for a few mins to see what's going on and check reply's, and I've never seen this happen before. Since it says the server is too busy, does that mean more people are joining LHC or more people are on LHC at the moment? I really had no idea this kind of thing could happen.

Oh that's what it is; I was wondering too.
Couldn't get in this morning at all, and have encountered it a few times in the past week.

I was blocked AGAIN from 4pm EST until at least 6pm ~ the 3rd time today.... and now for HOURS at a time.

It is concerning, confusing as to WHY it is suddenly happening, frustrating to encounter, and sad to think that my forum days may be ending

If it IS a matter of upgrades, I hope that Stephanie would entertain donations;such a need has been denied in the past.

I wonder if LHC was mentioned on some popular site or something. I have not paid much attention to user counts on site before, so I can't say if they are higher than normal, but when I checked a moment ago, there was roughly 30 registered users online and almost 300 guests! Granted, several were bots, but there was still high amount of guests online.

I either can get in or I can't.....and then I get the notice that the 'server is busy'

I have ADBLOCK...wonder if that is stopping any messages/banners?

No info at the moment, but sometimes things happen. There are a wide variety of reasons why a website may experience accessibility issues.

As for donations, they've never been denied in the past. The "Donate" button remains available on the upper right of the site.

Now that you say that...it may have been the case on TOS ....and my confusion and mistake in failing to donate here!

I will go remedy that with a donation right now
It is the least I can do in gratitude for the daily inspiration and support I get here on the LHC
