I love the Schwarzkopf Gliss Kur Winter Repair 2-in-1 hair mask, I let it sit in my hair for a few minutes. After that, I apply Garnier Fructis Oil Repair 3 10-in-1 leave-in conditioner all over my hair (avoiding the roots) and on my ends I spray a bit of Bumble & Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil. My hair is so soft and tangle free afterwards.

My jaw dropped the first time I used it and I saw my hair bounce and shine as if it belonged to some sort of model. Even if it can't reverse the old damage on my ends, it sure hides it well!
