Curlier wet and straighter dry. When I feel like it (rarely) I hit it with a flat iron. I just prefer it straight.

Meh, hardly a difference. If it's soaking, yes, straighter, but as soon as it's wrung out, there it is, almost a ringlet (but I get the odd one here and there). Then that is about the same as it is when damp, then when my stylers are in, as soon as it dries, yep, nah, actually it might be wavier when dry... hmm. Nah, it's hard to tell.
WCC method (washing) --- Rinse-out oil (MO) --- LOC/LCO method (styling)

My hair often forms waves when damp, but stays mostly straight when dry or fully wet.

I messed up my reply. When fully wet it has a slight wave, damp is when it's waviest, and then it goes back to a gentle wave when fully dry. My hair loves moisture.

When i wash tomorrow I will pay closer attention and come back to vote… I get loose ringlets right out of the shower but it goes into a microfiber towel right away and right out of the towel gets curl cream scrunched in for the rest if air drying. I think it is curlier as it dries, but it’s hard to tell

    Same.
There are small waves (smaller than braid waves)/relaxed curls when my hair is wet, and they disappear when it's dry. On dry hair, I have huge, relaxed, S-shaped waves instead, or no wave pattern at all.

My hair gets gorgeus twirls and curls when wet, I always get so happy, but years of dye and bleach have ruined my texture to straight and frizzy.
