Should I dye my hair black with henna?

In all honesty, I think black would look quite harsh on you! I'm with everyone else saying try a semi-permanent first!

Your skin, at least in the bathroom (?) you're standing in looks very yellow-undertoned. It's actually somewhat similar to mine, I think.

Maybe take a crack at walnut instead? I think you'd darken your brown a bit without overdoing it and also being able to more easily mess with the color later than, say, with indigo in which you cannot.

Thank you guys. I think I'll go try on a wig to test if I'd look good in black if I decide to dye it.

Also, just wondering, my hair looks kind of straw-like and I can't figure out what's wrong. Does anyone have advice on that?

If you henna it will give your hair more volume and thickness so that is the good part

I think this question is for me right??
I did regret it because it darkened my hair too much and I looked like a ghost. I need the orange red of henna to look like myself.. Then it drove me crazy to lighten. I had to trim for a while then It started fading to my beloved henna color.

If you use henna several times it will get to burgundy without indigo.
