    Not for hair, nails, no. Just a regular multivitamin. I figure it covers all my bases.

    I take a multivitamin, collagen, and fish oil every day, but I've been doing that for years now, way before I started actively growing my hair out again. My newest thing is green juice; I try to drink one every morning while I make my coffee!!

    I don't. I had a horrific experience a few years ago by taking a vitamin for a nutrient that my body already made enough of. I didnt know, but essentially, I was taking it in excess and (I'll keep it vague) it resulted in a lot of scary bleeding as a consequence. So, for me, never again! A general multi-vitamin is fine but any super specific ones without any medical guidance, I feel weary towards.
