    Default Your HGs!

What are your HGs, Holy Grail products? Also maybe state your location, as it is important because not all products can be gotten internationally.

    - Eco Styler olive oil gel
    - IC Fantasia clear gel
    - LA Looks Curl gel
    - all "Hegron" products (from Action)

Hmm, I don't have very many.

Alaffia - their African black soap shampoo is very gentle but still makes your scalp nice and clean. It's also cruelty free.
The Soap Works - Their bar soaps are extremely good quality, there's something for every skin type, and they have a large selection of vegan friendly bars! (most of the cheap soaps found in drug stores use "sodium tallowate" AKA processed cow fat as one of their main ingrediants.)
Alba Botanic - I really love their cruelty free conditioners!
Bohemian Alchemist - Their essential oils and body lotions are wonderful.

I just discovered Alaffia black soap for my skin and love it. But I haven't tried it on my hair yet.

I'm in the Virginia, USA. My HG's are Heritage Olive Oil (fragrance free) shampoo and conditioner. And Neem Oil....lots of Neem oil!

Well, my HG products are honey and mineral oil I use them for most everything, both for skin and hair - both as skin cleanser for face and neck (and honey as under-arm cleanser), MO as skin moisturizer, honey as hair conditioner, MO as hair leave-in.

Product-wise I really like Lánza Healing Pure clarifying shampoo, otherwise I am still searching for a holy grail regular mild SLS-free shampoo!

Not like a deodorant, that would be sticky I guess I use it as a cleanser instead of soap. A little background is needed I think (sorry for the thread hijack): about 6-9 months ago I again tried to switch from regular deodorant/anti-perspirant to natural alternative without all the chemicals, and as in previous attempts failed miserably, even after transition time (stinky, stinky ). But then I remembered that a friend of mine once said that after a month or so without anti-perspirant, AND without washing with regular soap and instead using just water, his stink disappeared. And it actually worked quite well, much better than earlier attempts. But after a while I felt that I needed something a little more, so now I have started to wash with honey as "soap" instead of only water, and still using my natural deodorant (store-bought, Scandinavian product with sage oil instead of bicarb/potassium which both made me itch after a while), and I am very satisfied with this routine so far!

Kirkland Shampoo and Conditioner --- generic for Pureology from Costco.
    Coconut oil
    EVOO
    Sweet Almond Oil
    Jojoba Oil

My Madora haircomb for shower- conditioner detangling with the Pureology super-thick conditioner. I have two of these combs... one for "in the shower-detangling" and one for "after-towel dried detangling" with a drop of EVOO.
