Product question

Ok so youre probably wondering why im always asking about product ingredients. Back before my hair damage incident in early November and before I started posting on the forum, I literally knew nothing about hair care. A shampoo was just a shampoo and a conditioner just a conditioner. I literally had no clue. Since posting here ive developed a really good routine which seems to be working. I usually wash my hair every other day. I wet my hair, then apply a silicone based conditioner, rinse that out, then I will use my favorite shampoo biolage hydrasource which is silicone free or another silicone free shampoo. Then I will most of the time use a silicone free conditioner after or another silicone based conditioner depending on how rough my hair feels after the shampoo. Every so often I like to skip that first step of using a silicone conditioner and just use a silicone shampoo. So thats why its important that I know which shampoos and conditioners have silicones or not. Can anyone tell me if this one does? From what I can see it doesnt just not 100% sure...

From what I know this products doesn't contain any silicones just sulfates ��.

It does not contain silicones.

May I ask why you're using the silicone conditioner first and the silicone free one after? I use mine the other way round, both post-shampoo.

Sulfates but no silicones. What product is it?

That's fine. I just wasn't sure if the routine was CWC or WCC, so that confused me a bit. Sounded like WCC to me first.

Because the crown of my hair is damaged and it makes it easier for me to shampoo with the silicone free shampoo after. Sometimes I will follow the shampoo with a silicone conditioner but most of the time I do not, it has been silicone free lately
