Well, where should I start... I'm a 18 year old guy with naturally red coloured hair. It's about 11 inches long now at its longest point and type 2c/3a (mostly 3a). My goal is a length of about 17 inches.
About my nickname: "rooie" means something like "ginger" in Dutch, but it's a little less offensive. Some friends call me "rooie" instead of my real name sometimes, so I sort of got used to listening to "rooie" too. I don't find it to be offensive (as long as it isn't meant offensive ;-)), and I love my red coloured hair too. So it's more of a compliment to me.
In the dark it tends to be more brownish with a red glow (still clearly red, though), but outside and especially in the sun it's red as it could be.

Hi! My dad has red hair (or had, it's mostly grey now) and I've always been jealous ot the point of colouring it red. Ah, fickle genetics!
