Found this at B&B Antiques in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Didn't buy it. No idea when it was made.

A silk hair net! Still in the package!

Wow.

That's a great find.

Wonder how long a silk hair net lasts.

Since you didn't buy it... I wonder if I could contact them and buy it. How much did they want for it?

I wonder if the elastic edge is any good? Elastic often dies young.

Sure wish my hair could look like the picture on the package. Durn... it'll never be. Wrong color, wrong thickness, wrong waviness.

That said, I love my hair - thin, straight, fine, tight mean lady bun hair.

Look at the neck on her! It's bigger than her head!

I would worry about the elastic too. Also fabrics can become ripe (is that the word?) and fragile, so they can jus tear when you use them.
