Hello ive just joined today

Hi everyone

I'm new here, just joined an hour ago

So i would like to introduce me and my hair lol

I have done very bad things to my poor hair in the past which includes straighting every day! dying my hair blonde, black and purple! over the years my hair paid for it, i ruined my hair

i had past butt length hair but my ends were fried so my hair had to be cut to my ears!!!!!!!!!

and i did the mistake of layering it!

i am now on a journey to gain healthy hair by using no chemicals on my hair whatsoever! im also trying to aim to get my hair back to its orginal length with no layers

My hair at the moment is nearly tailbone ish length but its layerd and i hate it but my shortest layer is shoulder length

so im waiting for my short layers to gorw long before i get it all even

my hair is wavy meduim and can be dry at times.

any good tips that can encourage hair growth?

whats vitamins are good for hair and foods?
