    I don't think I've ever gone cone-free. Whatever that is.

    Can someone please enlighten me? What are the pro's and con's of doing so?

    Im confused :S I've seen in some sources that Hydrolyzed wheat protein is water soluble, and this article says it is not.
    So, is it or isnt it?
