2nd anniversary at LHC

So I don't have a proper camera, or anyone to take pics for me, but I didn't want to let the month of December go by without posting an anniversary pic. I'm at solid BSL now and I just trimmed off half an inch before taking the picture.
Here is from when I joined LHC in December 2011.


A little less than one year ago (February 2013).


Here is a pic taken today (December 2013. My hair is oiled and has a crease in it from being a braid, so not the best hair shot. Also sorry for the mirror pic. But you can see the growth.



My routine is simple. I wash twice a week with a soap bar, followed by a citric acid rinse. Occasional SMTs and coconut oil treatments (what I have in my hair now) if it feels like it needs it.

Alena, it's my natural color. What prompted the short cut was getting rid of henna. It's good to have my real hair color back.
