Default - Help buying good cheap wooden comb !

    - Hi,
I've been really bad and started using my plastic awful brush, I know I should throw it away but I want to have a wooden comb before I do it, because finger combing my nest of damaged weird curly hair is Hard .

Does anyone know of a good and very cheap comb to get ?
I live in London, UK and don't have a lot of money .

    Thank you !

Go to Body Shop - their wooden combs are about £3 and totally brilliant!

Yes, I second The Body Shop! Make sure you check them for flaws though - mine had a few rough spots that I evened out at home. No big deal really, since it's a cheap comb, I thought it was worth it.

I suggest The Body Shop also. Good quality and cheap!

I so agree with the Body Shop comb recommendation - I've had mine for years and it's the only comb I use! Though it might be a bit more than £3 nowadays... But not much more!

Also agree with the Body Shop comb. Its the only comb I'll use. I have the wooden brush from there as well.

I also suggest the Body Shop wooden comb but be careful about how you clean it for I've ruined one due to washing it in hot soapy water then leaving it to dry.

Yes. That product, however is animal-testing free.
Body Shop has never been vegan. They use honey.

(Side comment: if a company I used is taken over but that division remains as it was ingredients and practices-wise - and usually big companies do use that to gloss up an image- I remain a customer. I'm mostly thinking of Toms of Maine, here)

There goes the saying that "Price is what you got for. Value is what you got." I, personally dislike the Body Shop comb for a number of reasons, such as the comb gave me more splits vs. other combs.
