    Hello fellow aussies!!!

Great idea for a thread. I've subscribed to it. Thank you for putting those lists of products together Liluri. I didn't even notice when I posted a reply on your thread that you were Australian. My only great find is buying shea butter at the Zone stores but they are only located in Sydney. It would be great if we could list hairdressers who are long hair friendly as well as I find it hard to find hairdressers who aren't scissor happy.

In regards to the Daktarin Cream, I purchased this product online from here -http://www.homepharmacy.com.au/products/products_view.cfm?ProductID=12418. It seems to freak everyone out to be using it but in my opinion, if a cream is made for sensitive area, then it should be ok for the scalp. People pay $4k+ in Australia to have laser eye surgery. It is an unregulated industry and not covered by any health care funds which speaks volumes to me. There aren't many people who have reached old age who have had the surgery to see what long term effects it will have. That to me is crazy!

Thank you for posting the link for Jessie Curl. I'll check those products out.

Thanks girls and any guys reading!

Oh man!!! I thought I belonged to this group and was subscribed to this page!! And I wasn't!! Oh no!!! Anyway, here now. I told someone, I think it was Liluri that I had some gold Ficcare's I wanted to get rid of. She has first dibs, and I will try to get some pics up soon. I would rather trade than sell, but..... I have a couple of Maximas and three beak ones (whatever they are called). As soon as I find my camera, cause we ran the battery out on the big camera.

Depends what you are looking for. I've been lucky enough to find some wooden sticks in stores, they are usually Sono wood from Indonesia. Javacentric on ebay sells similar sticks and are really good to deal with.

Most of my sticks are from o/seas though. Markets can be a great place to find something I've found some metal sticks in markets. But there seems to be no crafts people that make nice sticks that I know about.

Has anybody else bought from the BiNe sellers listed on the first post of this thread? I bought two forks from their site and paid on the 2nd of this month, but haven't heard a thing from them, and haven't received anything in the mail. I e-mailed them this morning, but haven't received a reply yet.

    Hello

I have ordered from them and I had to send an email, it was about 8 days after I ordered (looking at my email now) and they replied the same day to say they were on the way. I'm sorry I don't have any record of when I received it though. But I did get the order it was early 2007.

That's okay, I am glad that somebody else has used them and that this isn't unusual. Hopefully I'll hear back from them soon.

I ordered a Bine from them when they first came to this area and she drove to my house to deliver it and stood on my front porch and gave me a lesson!! Must be more popular now. I don't like mine. I think I have two and I can't do a darn thing with them. Maybe when my hair gets a little longer. Ah well.
