I use the same stuff (when I can be bothered with the vinegar rinse :P). I generally do a tablespoon in a 500 mL bottle of water, and that lasts for a few washes.
I am just trying to figure out the best proportions for me in rinsing my hair with an ACV rinse.
I am using: Aspall Organic Cyder Vinegar
What proportions do you find work best for you?

I use 1 Tablespoon ACV to 8 ounces of water. If my scalp is irritated, I'll use a bit more ACV.
I use 2 tbsp for 2 cups of water. I keep my ACV and a tall cup in my shower and then sort of dunk my length in and then pour the rest over my head.
When I do use one, it is very weak - 1 tsp. ACV in 1 pint of water.
I make mine very weak because I live in a very soft water area. I use 1-2 tsps ACV to about 1 pint of warm water. I have a plastic milk bottle in the shower and I pour the lot over my hair (especially after using a shampoo bar) after washing. I guess if you live in a hard water area it's best to increase the vinegar proportion.
Desperately seeking thickness!
I don't have soft water and I don't know if it's hard - maybe somewhere in between. I have a 16 oz bottle. I add about 1/4 cup (maybe more or less) white vinegar and fill the rest up with water.

ACV is not cheap for me. I pour from the bottle like a crazy lady and then I rinse it off. It works for me (my eyes don´t agree).

This is interesting - when I researched ACV rinses last year people were telling me to use a much stronger dilution. It didn't work for me at all and, like a fool, I didn't think to simply make it weaker. D'oh!
I use 5ml in 100ml. That's enough for one wash only. I've been doing it for months and I'm still on my first bottle.
I suggest you start with a weak solution and gradually increase the strength until you find you are seeing a difference.
