Well, I don't think it will stop your growth at any rate. Humans have been growing hair without dumping ACV on it for a long time so I would say that it sounds suspiciously like a coincidence. But that is just my two cents. Good luck.

I don't think it increases growth per se, it just improves existing scalp conditions that slow down the growth.
Edit: It won't make your hair grow faster than it already does, it just helps clear up a number of scalp conditions.

Well, if it is just the chemicals in the apples, then maybe you could get a similar result with apple juice?? It would smell better at any rate. I am no chemist though and I know that vinegar is supposed to be nice for hair so that is probably a sticky, not so good idea.......
On the other hand, maybe it is your wash method that is making the itchy scalp worse?? Do you ever change that up, or consider changing it up?
^^^ This here is me brainstorming so feel free to tell me I am crazy, I have heard it before.

I don't know what the deal is, because my hair has not been very happy lately (flat, not as bouncy and wurly, not as nice feeling), and my scalp hasn't been very nice - plus the not-much-if-any-growth thing. I've changed up my routine, I've clarified, I don't know what's up. The only thing I can think of, is maybe it's the weather? It's gotten pretty hot lately, and very humid.
Thanks for brainstorming with me , I appreciate it
