Thumbs up Tempest Moon Studio (formerly MairzyDozy)

I can't believe I forgot to post about this. A month or so ago before I became unemployed I ran across this fork http://www.etsy.com/view_transaction...on_id=17419443 I though it was super neat and it was under $10. Anyway It was to small but she made me one custom (still under $10) So, I wanted to give this maker a thumbs up because I have never seen her stuff on LHC and now she is making ones with pretty flowers as well. I will try and post an action shot later

I gave in and just ordered this:

"Copper wire has been hand bent and hammered to form this simple and lovely hair stick. Accented with green glass beads that have been wrapped with thin copper wire.

I used copper wire that has not been treated so it will oxidize and darken as it ages. I think this adds a lovely effect, but can be easily brought back to life with jewelry cleaner or a mix of water and baking soda."

I'm gonna start counting days now !!!

She has really pretty stuff on her site. I might have to give in and place an order, the jade tree pin is lovely.

I love the look of these! I would like to know how they work out. They look like they might be heavy?? I was wondering about the ends also. They look very blunt. Please post your feedback. I may have to break down and get one.

Very light weight and the ends are smooth and slightly balled.
