I know we did this last year and I would like to do it again this year. I needed some inspiration to keep growing. I braided my hair last night and wondered how many bumps I had now. This is a messy braid and not real even, but it was bump worthy.

I thought I was the only one who did that. I will have to braid mine tonight and maybe get a picture. It's not as long as yours though! (how do you know when to stop braiding? My tassel is usually worn longer)

According to this picture I have 12 bumps. I could probably squeeze one or two more, but they would be messy.

lovely braids.. but what does the number of bumps mean... what is it supposed to signify (is that the right word).. i doesnt mean the hair is longer.. because people whos hair is thinner than mine but shorter have more bumps..

i wish i had seen this thread earlier.. i took a pic of my braid with the mac computers but i didnt save it to photobucket so i cant post it.. bummer.. oh well it was a poorly made braid anyway.. not nearly as lovely as yours's (how does one make a plural possessive of the word you)..

Well, that and the more bumps you have, the longer it would (theoretically) take to braid.
