Re: Are resins good or bad for hair?
Personally I haven't found anything that can increase hair growth rate. (tried many herbs) I tend to not believe such claims. The only thing that seem to matter to hair growth is your nutrition and hormone balance. If your health/nutrition is poor and you improve it, your hair will grow a lot faster. If your health is already very good and your period is regular and easy, then your hair is probably already doing very well.
*Sorry I just realized you might not be talking about hair growth at all. What are you trying to achieve with hair herbs?

Hair herbs can give shine by coating the hair. Hence why Henna makes hair healthy.
