No, I literally prefer cheese. I've been on supplements my whole Life for health reasons, and I believe they should be used only to fix a problem. Just my cents

I randomly take fish oil for the omega-3 to supplement my anti-fish diet and I take a probiotic.

I voted yes, religiously...but really it's not for my hair. I mean, my hair is looking better and thicker now, but I actually take a variety of vitamins/supplements due to an absorption issue. I also have blood work every couple of months to check my levels.

i take my vitamins for overall health but i started taking daily pills of multivitamin, fish oil capsules and diatomite+biotin! i take them after breakfast or lunch, whichever i remember with, more important is to take them with food since they make my tummy upset if taken on empty stomatch and i read that vitamins absorb better when taken with food (compared to just water)

Viviscal. And it's not a vitamin, but I went through a severe shed/ thinning awhile back. So my derm prescribed me Minoxidil 10% in a liquid form. I'm at about month 3, and I have sooo many baby hairs!

I frequently take vitamins. Usually a multi or HSN. I gained a ton of thickness when I first started taking them. Lately, I've been focusing on my diet so I don't take them as frequently. I also have to be careful with the amount of biotin in them as it gives me cystic acne.
