I ordered a new Tangle Teezer on Black Friday and it's still not been shipped

I emailed Tangle Teezer who confirmed they've a huge backlog of orders. They said they were hoping to get everything shipped by today but I still don't think I'll get my brush soon.

I guess you're outside of the US? I bought on BF too and got mine in about a week. I hope you get yours sooner than you think.

I'm now waiting for my Sally Beauty haul to ship.

Got a ship notification for the conditioner haul. It's too soon for the tracking number to work it appears but I'd imagine I'll get it before the end of the week.
