Do you dye/bleach your hair?

Well, I henna my hair. But I use it in a diluted way, so it's more of a gloss. I don't count that as dying my hair.

I say no to dying or bleaching. I love my hair too much to be exposing it to things such as dyes.

I highlight and low-light my hair every 2 or 3 months, so I picked both. I love my hair this way and have an amazing stylist who only does the regrowth. I'm happy

I don't dye or bleach. I would be too lazy to keep up on it if I did. I also like my hair color.

I bleach my new growth, and there really never seems to be much damage in that area. It's only bleached once, and that's how I'd like to keep my hair

I also color my hair with manic panic(no damage, it's conditioner based plus it's diluted with conditioner most of the time)

I picked just bleach it because I do that religiously, and I don't always do unnatural colors(sometimes my hair is white!)

I dyed it for the last time about two months ago. I want to grow out my natural hair from now on. (or maybe I'll change my mind later and dye it red or something) we'll see :]

I dye my hair. I love my hair too much not to enjoy it to the fullest, and I like to have colour around my face. I grew in a few inches of my natural white, and it made me look like a ghost. I just wouldn't enjoy that on a regular basis.

I use coconut oil on all of my hair before touching up my roots-only; I've been doing it for three years now, and it's made quite a difference in the quality of my coloured hair.

Im hoping someone will see my reply and have something similar to say...
I found that my hair actually just loves chemical dyes. I use wella color touch (pro stuff, not the stuff from sallys) and my hair LOVES it. I don't know why. I forgot how slippery soft my hair is when I use this stuff. The shine is also incredible. The color even has shimmers in it. I don't know if it is just to look pretty, or if it actually does add something too the outcome.

I feel so weird saying myself and my hair love chemical color!

The first time I grew my hair out, I would dye it red. Then after I cut it due it's thinness, I thought I would just leave it natural. But I gave in and decided to dye my hair again because I missed the red color in my hair. I just love being a redhead and I love the color in my hair.
