    Your post links to a webpage instead of a picture. On that webpage you'll see "GET IMAGE LINKS" off to the right. Click on that and use what's in the "FORUM" box. On your picture, it's the following:

    [URL=https://imageshack.com/i/0hfl89p][IMG]http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/150x100q90/c/17/fl89.png[/IMG][/URL]

    That information turns into this in a post:



    You'll notice that it's a thumbnail which links to the page with the larger picture on it.


    You could otherwise use the "DIRECT LINK":


    If you place it in the image tags (or use the Insert Image button in a post):

    [IMG]http://imageshack.com/a/img17/875/fl89.png[/IMG]

    That turns into this:

    Try right-clicking the picture and telling it to "Copy Image Location" or whatever the equivalent text is. That's usually easiest.
