My manuka honey & mafura oil mask is turning a tiny bit yellow on the surface. It's been open for over a year now so I'm trying to hurry up a bit with it, but my hair, despite being bleach-damaged, doesn't want protein more than once a week MAX. It should be gone by my birthday in June, I think.

My leave-in is still fine (but getting quite low) after a number of years.

Maybe it's different for the conditioners. Or maybe it's how you store them? Is it in the shower? In "wet" conditions, often?

Yep, it's stored in the shower, but of course, the lid is closed when I'm not applying it.

Hmm. I would keep it out of there if you plan on using it for a while still. Every time you take a shower (even if the lid is closed) it is very steamy (warm/hot) & moist in there, and that in itself is enough.

I might start doing that with the ones that take a longer time to use up, like these Shea Moisture masks. Other shower products, I use up fast enough.

I'm thinking about trying the Shea Moisture Jamacian Black Castor Oil Strengthening Mask very soon! I bought 2 packets of it for $3.39 at Sally's Beauty Supply.

I haven't used Shea Moisture since before the reformulations, are the shampoos still good? Any that you guys like to use?

I started using it recently and I LOVE it. Holy moly.

I never used them before the reformulation, but I'm currently using their 10-in-1 shampoo and it's doing well enough. Nothing uh-maze-ing but it's good! Quite gentle I think, I'm a blondie so I like a bit more cleansing but sulphate-free shampoos and this one is slightly too mild.
