If I remember rightly, several months. It was last summer, the same thing happened the summer before. Don't know if it's the same issue though.

Unfortunately, even if it is the same issue, there are only two or 3 people with access to the right levers to fix it; and those folks aren't always about or have other stuff going on.

I miss new pictures too, but there's a lot of old pictures to browse.
